The District maintains approximately 15.1 acres of open space land situated throughout the Amber Creek neighborhood. In addition, the District is responsible for maintaining the landscaping along 136th Avenue and along Quebec Street.
The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining two storm water detention areas (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located on the northwest end of the neighborhood and the southeast corner of the neighborhood.
